'Puzzling' event music

Click here to listen to Puzzling Event.mp3

(Yah Guitah Heroe totally made me want to get one of these...)

This is my take on the sad song. Yes it's repetitive, but I did this on purpose.

EDIT: I changed my mind about which event this is. Don't let the name on the site fool you-- this is now a 'puzzling event'.

                        "CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGE!"

It kinda reminds me of Pokemon Gold/Silver.  XD

In my opinion, a 'sad' type of song should be very melodic, and in a minor key.  To be honest, I really don't know if this is major or minor.

We'll see what Alex thinks about it.  tongue

Well, I didn't want it to be overwhelmingly sad.

Also... idk about what to call it. I made this for an event, and sad is all I can think of it fitting.

I think it would sound more fitting for a 'puzzling' situation.

Re: 'Puzzling' event music

Is this for a cutscene? It's a nice song. Could you please share the .ogg ?

But also, let's hear what others think.

Yes it is for a cutscene...

But wouldn't making an ogg be useless for right now since we don't have cutscene support? Or is there another reason?

The reason is that if we don't adopt the .ogg now, a number of things can happen until we implement the cutscenes: the download link may get broken, the music may be lost for whatever reason, etc.

Alright then. Just curious.
