[Request] Ring sound effect

We request two original user-made sound effects:
- Collected a ring (samples/ring.wav)
- Dropped the rings (samples/ringless.wav)

These can be a bit tricky to get out right, so a bit of patience is needed.

mmmmm... Notes in the original sonic when you get a ring are C-E-C (up). But I proved others combination and I recommend with the notes D-A-D (up). Of course, played very fast!!
