Surge the Rabbit for macOS

The latest version of Surge the Rabbit (previously Open Surge) now has an unofficial port for macOS! I can confirm that it works on macOS 12 Monterey, but not any older releases. More information on how to install, run, and modify the game are provided in the README.txt file when the installer is opened.

I will provide updates here as new stable releases of the engine and the OS come out, and will answer any questions or problems users have with this version. Alex will not be able to update or provide support for the Mac builds of the game as he does not have an Apple computer.
