Sonic: After the Sequel Sprites for Open Surge

Hello, Right off the bat I am going to say that I don't own any of the sprites and/or characters used in this mod,
The Sonic character is property of Sega( Edit: somehow forgot to credit the sprite rippers, Triangly, Shinbs, Jayden, LafeFeperd, and P3DRO )
https://www.spriters-resource.com/pc_co … et/104457/ is the sprite sheet I used for sonic and the Life Icon/Goal Post was ripped using a screenshot tool(Flameshot, Lightshot is better for Windows/Mac)

Imgur album here: https://imgur.com/a/n43cLPN
Youtube video here: https://youtu.be/68Rc_Oqikc4
Download: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wa6vgw03rv0mh … e.zip?dl=1

To install just put all the folders in the source code for Open Surge and compile, Some sprites are bugged and/or not set.

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy the Game asset/Mods
(Sorry for poor formatting, I don't use forums' that much)

Cool, in the video it seems you have included the Peel Out move.

In your .zip, rename folder scripts/player to script/players to avoid a duplicate object error when extracting the files. If you create a new character rather than overwriting Surge, you can easily get rid of those animation bugs.

How was your experience making this modification? Do you intend to continue making games?

Oops thanks for letting me know, that wasn't intentional. I don't really make games I mainly modify them. But to be honest I like how much control I have over animations and sprites. Most other games even with script api's would not let me add custom animations like this game(Or rather engine) does.
It is also nice how easy it is to modify without being mockingly easy or being a drag and drop thing(It could also just be me getting better at programming, but still), This game/engine could actually be used to teach some programming.

Thanks for the response

(Edit: The download should hopefully be fixed)
