New menu for Open Surge (video)
I've been building a new menu for Open Surge. This is unlike any other menu we've had before:
It is 100% built in SurgeScript

There's a bit of Sonic Mania, Sonic CD (mobile) and Sonic Advance in the style. I also happened to have picked colors that match our game.

Nice! It reminds me a lot the menu from Advance Wars 1, from the GBA
