Turning a frame sequence into a single image?

Yes, I have another question.

For the new project, I was thinking of having short frame-by-frame cutscenes throughout the game. The cutscene I have has about 600-some frames. However, the engine doesn't allow for the frames to be separate images; they all have to be on one image file.

Is there a quick way to make an image with each frame after another on it (like the Allegro logo on the latest Open Surge build), or a program that could do the job? I just don't want to spend a huge chunk of my time placing each frame together in Paint or something. Hopefully that can be understood. smile

How about using the command line? It's very fast smile

Re: Turning a frame sequence into a single image?

Thanks for the suggestion. I just found another program called TexturePacker that does the job. Now I have an FMV cutscene in the game after a level, and it turned out pretty well.

I will keep your suggestion in mind though, as TexturePacker is not freeware. Thanks!
