This could be useful. As long as it is licensed under Creative Commons I see no reason why not we all could use this piece in Open Surge. Great find!

i know this is a bit old but, is there a way we can make music for our games cuz' i mean that means we won't have to go through copyright infringement or whatever. i already thought of some programs (Computer).

FL Studio (Not sure of what platforms it supports.)
Garage Band (Mac Only, i think?)
Audacity (Windows, Mac, Linux.)

these are the only ones that i know of, if you have suggestion i'd like to hear it. (as long as it's not spam.)

FL Studio works in Windows and Linux+Wine

In Linux you also have LMMS which is a bit similar to FL Studio and is completely free. Not sure if it has a Windows version, but is worth a look, because it's free.
